Need to further the knowledge of individuals in your plant? OKL offers structured training, tailored to the level of the individuals, from Bodymaker basics to repair and setup as well as tool room inspection of machinery components.

Service Rates and Scheduling
Field Service Budget Calculation
- Field Service Budget Calculation : (Travel Rate x Number of Hours) + (Service Rate x Number of Days) + Airfare + Hotel + Per Diem + Transportation + Any Additional Charges = Estimated Total
- Travel Rates are applied from the time the Field Service Technician leaves their respective home base of operations to the customer’s plant.
- International Per Diem Rates are established by the U.S. Department of State
- Domestic Per Diem Rates and mileage rates are established by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service
- Hotel, Airfare, Train, Taxi, and all other expenses not covered by the per diem are billed at actual cost.
Travel Rates
- Minimum Billing with no Service Performed same day (4 hours)

Service Rates:
- Monday Through Saturday
- Minimum Billing—10 hours or less working or traveling
- Overtime Hours (Over 10 Hours) – billed at 1.5*Daily Rate
- Contact OKL for the current rate.
Sunday:
- Minimum Billing—10 hours or less working or traveling
- Overtime Hours (Over 10 Hours)
- Billed at 2*Daily Rate
- Contact OKL for the current rate.
Holidays:
- Minimum Billing—10 hours or less working or traveling
- Overtime Hours (Over 10 Hours)
- Billed at 2*Daily Rate
- Contact OKL for the current rate.
- Holidays observed by OKL are: New Year’s Eve (December 31), New Year’s Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (First Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November), Christmas Eve (December 24), and Christmas Day (December 25).
